I got my blue bird, and i got the +15 skins on the classes i wanted them on. I have pretty much done everything I wanted to do. I'm kind of in the same boat for my characters. It's just going to rain rewards down on me when i log in after the patch.

I'm so excited for account wide prestige. At least in vanilla the pvp gear had a really high stat budget for stamina, so while it might not have had the damage potential of raid gear, everything scaled waaaay slower anyway so you could still fight. Then it doesn't really make sense that someone who doesn't pvp can just 1 shot someone because of their pve gear. Since they separated the balancing for pve and pvp, I can't really focus on pvp and do well in BG/arenas and wpvp. A vanilla server would basically give me that end state goal that I could shoot for and just pvp in the mean time. The gear is all a known quantity, there probably arent going to be balancing patches that cause a spec to have to completely restat their gear. I personally like the final content patches of WoW expansions because there is a final goal to reach. I don't need top of the line graphics or anything, just give me choices on what to do and I'll figure the rest out. I play them because they were good games. Like I still go back and play FF games from the 90s, I bought the 3ds rereleases of pokemon r/b/y, and I'm probably going to buy the remaster of the Spyro games in september. I mostly think Tip is a few too many drinks deep in the classicwow kool-aid, but I also think the nostalgia argument is just the people who dont want to play vanilla. Obviously something like pillar/remorseless interaction would need to be addressed due to the talents that interact, but remorseless actually costs a rune to use which most cooldowns dont, so maybe its ok to keep off the shared cooldown anyway. I think they should just make all offensive cooldowns exclusive with each other and put the others on a CD for the duration of the buff, it would go a long way towards balancing the burst in pvp, and it wouldnt be completely terrible in pve because then youre just rolling cds instead of stacking them. Sure itll take an extra gcd to use them, but they are adding time to it which just means an extra second to recharge runes to boost up remorseless. pillar already lasts forever and remorseless winter is kind of in the same vein. I dont think frost DK will be hit that hard. But something like fury is fucked because they have like 4 dps cooldowns that they stack all at once. Like shadow wont be affected at all because the only thing that isnt already on the gcd is silence. The GCD change will only really affect specs that have a bunch of cooldowns that they just slam all at the same time. I really don't want to have to shell out 20k to get a single piece of heirloom gear in some expansion past BfA. With the gold quests being once a day, it means people will be pulling out characters because they want to play them or gear them and not because it's a quick payout. Also might force them to make some more interesting content, ideally some class WQs to fill the void. Also means removing some of tedious content in regards to leveling alts because Blizz is liable to lock something important there. Except the mission table gold rewards make it worse because unlike the Argus quests, the player can do all of that in less than 10 minutes and that is a bulk of where my gold comes from these days.Īccount wide war hall means less inflation, assuming they don't fuck things up another way. 10k a day could be bad for inflation, but gets even worse once the player can run a minimum of 5 characters through all of that.

Then the player runs out to Argus and does about 5 quests that get them another 2k-3K. Right now it's possible to have a day where you have 3 missions on a character and you get 200%, so that ends up being about 8k. The war hall and gold quests being account wide would do wonders for that. Yeah, if Blizz was serious about dropping inflation.
